Bliss DDM, located in Xochimilco, C.P. 16010, Ciudad de México, México, is responsible for the personal data you share with us on this site, under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. For anything about your data, write to hi@blissddm.xyz.
What we collect
When you fill in the contact form we collect:
- Your name.
- Your phone number.
- Your email address.
- Your company name, if you write it.
- How you prefer to be contacted.
- The services you need.
What we use it for
To answer your request, contact you the way you chose and, if you ask us to, prepare a proposal. These purposes are necessary to serve you.
Only if you accept the cookie notice, we also use the Meta pixel to measure how our ads on Facebook and Instagram perform. This purpose is optional: declining it changes nothing about what you can do on the site.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site uses:
- A cookie that remembers your language.
- A cookie that remembers whether you accepted or declined the Meta pixel.
- The Meta pixel, only if you accept it. It records the pages you visit and whether you sent the contact form, along with technical data from your browser and your IP address.
- Google reCAPTCHA on the form, to tell people from automated programs. Google may process data from your device to do so.
- Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which measure visits and site speed in aggregate and without cookies.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. To run the site we rely on providers that process it on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Google (reCAPTCHA), Meta (pixel, only with your consent) and our email provider, which delivers the form messages to our team.
How long we keep it
We keep your request data while we work on your project or have a business relationship with you, and for up to two years after our last contact. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, and withdraw your consent. Write to hi@blissddm.xyz with your name, the right you want to exercise and a way to reply to you. If we need to confirm your identity, we will ask. We answer within 20 business days.
To withdraw your consent to the Meta pixel you do not need to write to us: use the button below and the cookie notice will show again.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
